Inspired by design from an early age, Max was making and creating in his Grandfather’s workshop from as young as 8 years old. He has fond memories of his grandfather teaching him various wood working and cabinetry techniques, to this day his hand tools are in pride of place in the workshop. After studying wood work at school with a strong passion and natural eye for design, Max went on to design and create the very first vision of his, the Eco Hubb; a multi-functional garden room made from sustainable materials. It was important to create something with the environment in mind that showcased modern architecture. The pod’s design focused around the use of solar panels, hemp insulation and local Larch cladding. Having received a lot of attention for the design, Max then went on to do an apprenticeship in Cabinet making to refine and perfect his skills. Following this, years later, Max Marshall Design was created specialising in bespoke modern furniture. The business has since evolved and now focuses on kitchens. As a small business he takes great pride in every project and wants to provide a personal and tailor made service to every client. His designs are eye catching, timeless, and focus on quality, materials and functionality. His aim is to understand your vision and to create a beautiful statement kitchen that is loved by you.
