We understand designing and purchasing a new kitchen can feel overwhelming, it involves a lot of thought and discussion. Our ethos is all about transforming your ideas into a beautiful piece of artwork that is timeless and has personality and functionality. We offer a fully project managed service taking away all the stress, so you can enjoy complete peace of mind. From an initial meeting through too fitting, our approach and service is personal and tailored around you.
An initial discussion
We will talk through your wants and desires for your new kitchen. At this point we will need to gather some essential information that will tell us a little bit about your project, this will cover things such as budget, the style of kitchen you are looking for and a rough idea of size, this gives us a good understanding of the space you envisage and your requirements.
Free one-to-one Consultation
The first step to creating your beautiful kitchen. We will arrange a meeting with you, either in your home or having brought your floor plan, this allows us to discuss in detail your vision and the key elements. During this consultation we will offer suggestions and discuss your kitchen layout taking into consideration practical aspects, we will call upon our experience and advise on various material and storage options and accurately measure the space. From here we have everything we need to start getting creative!
Design and Development
Following on from the consultation we can now begin drafting your kitchen design. We produce drawings using CAD software which offers renders and 3D visuals, this helps you to visualize your kitchen and really starts to make it come to life! We’ll produce the drawing alongside a personalised quote and encourage your feedback at this stage. We know it’s normal to want to make tweaks to a design, so after reviewing your kitchen design, we can make upto two sets of changes free of charge, anything after this will incur a design fee.
Design Approved and Production Process
Once the design and drawings have been approved we will confirm the installation date with you and will require a 50% deposit. At this stage we can move forward with your kitchen. Throughout the process we aim to keep you regularly updated and welcome any questions you may have. Our lead time is usually between 8 to 12 weeks, this will be confirmed with you at the beginning.
Installation
We believe it is important to look after you and your kitchen until the very end, so with our full design and fit service this includes us installing your kitchen, we aim to do this with minimal disruption to make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
How much does a mmd kitchen cost?
At Max Marshall Design we truly understand the importance of the kitchen. We understand that deciding on a new kitchen can be a daunting experience, and we're here to help make it easier for you. One question we often receive is about the cost of our kitchens. The prices will vary depending on the desired finish, size of your kitchen and your desired requirements. To provide you with an accurate quotation, please contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you. Our bespoke kitchens start from around £18,000 excluding appliances, but typically range between £25000 and £35000. We would be delighted to arrange a complimentary design consultation, where we can discuss your project in detail and find the perfect solution for you.
